• You may use this service to generate and share QR codes, and to provide or receive file uploads.
• You may not use the service for illegal purposes, including but not limited to: child sexual abuse material (CSAM), terrorism-related content, hate propaganda, malware, or any activity prohibited by Dutch or EU law.
• We reserve the right to block or remove access if abuse is detected.

2. Privacy and Data Handling

• Files uploaded through the service are relayed to the intended recipient's storage and are not permanently stored on our servers.
• We do not log IP addresses, timestamps, or file hashes.
• We do not sell or share user data. Client identities are only disclosed to authorities if legally compelled.

3. Liability

• The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• The operator is not responsible for any damages resulting from use or misuse of the service.
• Users are responsible for the content they submit and the consequences of sharing it.

4. Abuse Reporting

• To report abuse, use the "Report Abuse" button available on each bin page.
• Illegal material (such as CSAM) will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
• Reports are automatically sent to our moderation team for review and appropriate action.

5. Changes to These Terms

• These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
